Kiran Bandi

Bandi has been actively involved with IAM for 8 years to help promote culture and develop strong connections with larger Minnesota community. He is very passionate to help build stronger community connections, promoting culture and charity.

Bandi is a on-call/part-time firefighter and enjoys the opportunity to serve the community.

Bandi is very passionate about data, and works as Principal engineer at Target with focus on delivering big data and analytics solutions. Bandi has M.S in Computer Science and MBA from St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, PA.

Bandi enjoys running as part of his routine, participating in many races including 5k, 10k and 10 mile runs. Bandi lives in Plymouth with his wife Uma, young son Arya and lovely GSD Rex, with whom he loves to spend every possible opportunity.

Pradeep Sukhani

Pradeep is self-employed and runs a financial advisory practice. He is also a partner at Mathnasiums of Plymouth, Eden Prairie and Minnetonka. In his past, Pradeep has worked as a financial planning & analysis manager at Carlson Wagonlit Travel as well as a finance manager for Ecolab. Prior to that, Pradeep has also worked as an engineer at Motorola. Currently as a local business owner,

Pradeep enjoys working at various business forums, Chamber of Commerce and is very passionate to showcase India Association of Minnesota as the entity small businesses should be associated to keep growing. Pradeep also loves to take brand IAMN out in the local community and do charitable activities.

Pradeep hold a MS degree in computer engineering from Wright State University and an MBA from the Carslon School of Management (U of M). Pradeep also serves on the Executive Committee of the Hindu Society of Minnesota as the outreach committee chair. Pradeep lives with his wife Geeta as well as 7 year old son Atharv and 3 and 1/2 year old daughter Aarna. Both Geeta and Pradeep love to travel around the world to experience different cultures, languages, food and make friends.

Ravi Sagi

Ravi served as IAM President 2018, Officer and Board of Director since 2011. He worked with many regional organizations as outreach chair during his tenure at IAM and was instrumental in getting them closer to IAM by partnering with them. He is involved with many non profit organizations and believes in the philosophy of giving back to community. He also cofounded a regional organization, MATA (Minnesota Area Telangana Association), worked as its president and helped it become a strong regional organization. He has a master’s degree in management and works as an IT consultant. His passion is community service and volunteering. In his free time, he likes to play tennis, watch football and hangs out with friends. He lives in Eden Prairie with his wife and two children.

Sree Kamojjala

Sree served as IAM President for 2017, and Officer and Board of Director since 2011. is an IT leader currently working for a Health Care Insurance company and an active Board member for IAM since 2013. He is an active community leader and has been living in twin cities for last 17 years. Sree served as an office bearer and volunteered for several non-profit organizations in the twin cities. In his capacity, Sree led, chaired and participated in various cultural and charitable activities on behalf of IAM. Sree is a big believer in giving back to the community and his passion for rich Indian culture and heritage has enabled him to serve the community at large. Sree lives in North West suburbs with his wife Vishala and daughter Ruchika. He loves to play Volley Ball, Cricket, Tennis and watch Foot Ball in his spare time.

Sreeni Checka

Sreeni has been involved with IAM since 2011 and engaged with various activities to advance IAM's mission of Culture, Charity & Connections. Sreeni served as IAM Treasurer in 2017. Sreeni is looking forward to enhancing IAM's Partnerships with like-minded Organizations, involvement of Youth and giving back to the broader Minnesota Community. Sreeni is a passionate Healthcare Professional and currently works as Director of Product Strategy for Optum. He holds an MS from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Washington University. Sreeni loves playing Table Tennis and Racquetball in his spare time. He lives with his wife and two daughters in Woodbury.
